How long does the treatment take?

After your initial consultation, we will tailor a treatment plan to suit you. On average a typical treatment takes about 30 minutes, and you will need about 6 sessions, scheduled twice a week.

How fast will I see results?

You may notice improvement after the first single session. The results will typically continue to improve over the next few weeks, and you will notice optimal results after you have finished your treatment plan. The entire program of muscle re-education takes approx. 12wks.

What does it feel like?
